OUR EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

HARD™ do not except Exchanges or Refunds. Please be sure to select the correct sizes provided on our size chart before placing your order.

Each collection/product is limited to provide our customers exclusivity, due to this, refunds are not possible.

In the rare case a product is faulty, please contact us below and we will be sure to provide you with assistance.  

The above policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Dispatch

We dispatch all orders in 1-3 working days.

When items are out of stock it may take up to 14 days to dispatch the order,

We will advise you by e-mail should this occur.
